Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch in its original SEA-GULL presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
